Had a fantastic experience with Staffordshire saddlery this week first time ordering from them and they have went above and beyond to make not only my daughter but me a very happy customer. Fantastic customer service, I placed an order but one of my items was out of stock. So they offered me a free upgrade or refund, I opted for the upgrade and it arrived really quickly even over a bank holiday weekend!Thank you for the complimentary horse chocolate too my horse loved it!!I will definitely be shoping here regularly

Massive choose, fabulous prices. Very friendly, helpful staff. Can order in anything you need if she doesn't stock it already. The choice is amazing it's a real Aladdin's cave. Her prices are very very good
