Excellent customer service, very efficient and professional.I accidentally dropped my phone on a hard surface and shattered its screen in the process.Before getting a new phone, I decided to call Pav's shop. I was surprised to be told that I can just pop in at any time before 4 pm. I turned up just before 4 pm and less than 30 minutes later, my phone was working smoothly again, fitted with a new screen.I would recommend them unreservedly

They've had my phone for over a week simply for a cracked screen. The first two screens they ordered in were wrong, in their defence (and the only reason I haven't given them 1 star) they had ordered the right thing and showed my husband the emails between the suppliers and them. However they never told my husband it wasn't going to be ready when they said so he had multiple wasted trips to Chatham. My husband advised them I needed a phone for work but unfortunately the one they lent us was rubbish, no signal in the house at all which I've never experienced with a phone.They then advised they were going to overnight order from somewhere that had the screen in stock so it would be in by the next day (weds). By Saturday it was finally actually ready so we collected and took it home to charge, only to find that the phone kept flickering and going black. My husband took it straight back. After half an hour trying to resolve the issue they concluded the screen was faulty, he said he was going to the wholesalers that evening so would get three screens and would 100% have it done by the next day. Which tbf he did, but I was devastated to get my phone back to find it essentially returned to factory settings, none of the stuff that makes it my phone remained, loads of photos missing, none of my text history including some precious messages from someone who has passed away, none of my apps, saved passwords, chrome tabs, nothing, even after restoring from cloud there is still so much missing. I wouldn't have even minded so much if they'd explained they'd had to do this/why when they returned the phone but they handed it back as if it was all fine. If I'd had any clue I'd lose all my stuff I would have just lived with the cracked screen.Telling a friend about my experience (but not naming the shop) she told me she would never use a small phone shop again after being messed around with appalling customer service, four wasted trips to collect her device because she kept being told tomorrow"

I must say I was very impressed today after looking for a new phone for some time I popped into see pav and he was brilliant, no pushy sales pitch, set my new phone up for me, advised on all the accessories needed.Very polite and great customer service. I’m so happy I walked past the shop today. Highly recommend.Thank you

Got my phone screen replaced from them and they did a good job on it. These guys were £20 cheaper compared to another shop I asked for the replacement screen also the staff were really friendly. Thank you

Been going to his shop since the beginning. Most amazing and reliable fast service, you can count on pav anytime. He sells the newest and most trendy covers, phones and vaped as well as repairs. I once came here when I tried to fix my phone; my nephew had thrown it and the screen had shattered into pieces, luckily with the phone doctor himself I was able to retrieve it within less than a week and that even completely brand new looking. I’m very pleased and happy and hope everyone understands this isn’t an ordinary shop with ordinary service, this is a special place which offers the friendliest and warmest service from the earnest man and his wife Jagtar.

Omg what a fantastic place. Took my sons iphone 8 in today with a smashed screen and fixed within 45 minutes fantastic price cheapest I have seen and googled everywhere. Even helped me out with screen protector and case. Highly recommend and I don't usually highly recommend
