I happily travel from Berkshire to Wales for treatment by Simone.She is such an exprienced practitioner in Acupuncture and Herbalism. Her enthusiasm for her craft is uplifting and her talent is endless.Such a kind and compassionate lady too.

I have been treated by Simone for the last 8 months or so. Her holistic approach to acupuncture and advice on nutrition, health and general wellbeing has been invaluable to both me and my husband, I couldn’t recommend her practice highly enough!

As a nutritionist I have been a raving fan of Acupuncture for some time but having treatments and working with Simone has been even better than I anticipated. She has a wealth of experience not just as a practicing acupuncturist but in holistic health including nutrition and herbal medicine. She has an intuitive and thorough way of working and I have had great reports form clients I have referred to her. When your body is blocked with stress and long term underlying problems messages, hormones and enzymes can’t do their best to keep us mentally and physically healthy. I feel so fortunate to have such a brilliant health practitioner in my area.

Simone is a truly outstanding and dedicated practitioner. Her acupuncture treatment resolved long-standing lower back pain issues I had, and her herbal remedies gave me more energy during a time where I was in a bit of a slump. I wholeheartedly can recommend her services.

Simone is a truly amazing practitioner. A serious upper back injury had left me with severe muscle triggers (knots or sticky muscles as one Physio called them), causing the muscles to contract to such a degree they caused a curvature of the spine. Although there was a great deal of relief through conventional medicine in the year immediately following injury, there remained a significant amount of pain and still the spine curvature. Over the next five years I saw a variety of physiotherapists, a chiropractor and an acupuncturist practicing traditional Chinese medicine only. There were some improvements, but all were short lived and in some instances the treatment made the condition positively worse. I was convinced in my own mind acupuncture was still my best chance for significant improvement.. I came across Simone through internet search and attended her clinic in Penarth. She listened attentively to my long story and began treatment. After a few sessions it was predominantly the combination of deep massage (she uses her elbow so be prepared), and electro acupuncture which seemed to provided the most promise. At first there did not appear to be a significant improvement, but this changed after about five treatments. Then after about the the eighth treatment the major triggers were just gone and my spine was more or less straight again for the first time in almost six years. She was also able to provide me with significant relief for hip pain.Simone is a dedicated, passionate and in my opinion highly skilled professional whom I have no hesitation in recommending.

I cannot praise Simone highly enough; her analysis of the body and its problems and weaknesses is astute and penetrative; she is empathetic , professional and assured and the treatments are effective and often transformative.

Simone provides essential treatment for coping with the daily demands of life, not just when specific issues need addressing. See Simone on a regular basis is a key part of my self care regime, and I know I couldn't deal with half as much as I am needed to without her ongoing care and support.

After spending well over £1,000 on various treatments to alleviate my on going back pain I finally stumbled across acupuncture........ even better, I found Simone. After several years of excruciating pain, time off work sick, continuously spending money and eventually wondering where to turn, Simone came to the rescue. I can't recommend Simone enough, she listened to what I had to say and adapted the treatment according to my problems at the time. The improvement was remarkable and I still find it hard to believe that acupuncture could make such a difference when everything else I tried had failed so dismally. I have been completely converted from a non believer. If you are suffering and struggling to find a fix then I absolutely 100% recommend you call Simone, she's given me a new lease of life.

My son and I can highly recommend Simone .My son has multiple and complicated health issues . Since receiving treatment he is off antibiotics and his overall health and well being has greatly improved .He trusts and listens to Simone and feels more positive about life .
