The service was very good. Mostly the meals were great. A couple of our party mentioned that the veg wasn’t cooked enough and the prawns were not thawed out enough.

Beautiful 1950s pub. Fantastic restaurant, with juicy Spanish chicken and very good fries. Toilets were also cleaned regularly.Would come here again!

Another fantastic experience at this pub. I wanted a table reserved big enough to accommodate 2 large wheelchairs for people with disabilities. This was done with no hassle and plenty of room. The food was excellent and so fresh and hot. Couldn’t fault it. The service was so good that I asked for the young lads name as he was so polite and the service he gave to us was of a very high standard. Thank you Joe for being our host and making sure we were ok and got everything we needed.

Just had posh fish and chips, more like greasy batter and a few chips. Within the bloated batter there could’ve only been 3 fish fingers in total. The bread and butter was ok but that’s hard to get wrong. I went to the toilet and my last 3rd of a pint disappeared.

We went for a meal this afternoon and can i just say a big thank you to the lady who waited on us. There was an issue with the chicken on my relatives dinner. No hesitation to get a fresh new meal out. Thank you for your understanding

Took my parents out for lunch, Nice relaxed atmosphere, good selection on the menu. Service by Rachel was top notch and very attentive, definitely 5 star service. Food was hot and tasty. Will definitely be coming back.

Christmas day lunch. We've been going for Christmas day for years and we have never had a bad meal. The staff have always been just out of this world. They did everything they could to help us and cater to our needs. Even when my dad and his partner were poorly they packed all their food up and sent it home with us. Can't praise them enough!

I attended a funeral of a wonderful lady and first time I had ever been here. Lovely place, food was lovely and really tasty. Staff were very courteous and a lovely atmosphere despite the occasion. I am coming back for my birthday in December.

Staff, blond young lady on the bar very friendly and smiling. We have ordered via qr code. Another young lady who served us also very helpful and checked back with us. Rump steak especially was perfect, medium as it should be. Generally really good food compare to other places we have recently visited. Definitely will visit again and reccomend. It was my birthday.

Went for the first as was in the area on a business trip. I was served at the bar by Libby who had a lovely smile and made me feel very welcome.I also ordered food and was served by a very smiley waitress I think her name was Pheonix. Will definitely go back next time I’m in the area.There a credit to your pub and brand.
