I came in looking for a jacket a friend had asked me to buy for her .. I received excellent customer service from Joyti who went above and beyond even checking the stockroom for me..Joyti was really friendly and engaging and made the experience so easy.

Always seems to have some promotion on. Currently up to 40% off selected items. Fashionable to look at but quality doesnt appear to be that great on some items.

Very bad customer service!, rude workers. Had 5 to 10 mins to close and all they did was not let me pay for my clothes. I definitely will not be visiting riverisland nottingham or any other any time soon. And the staffs don't even help you out. When you are trying to find something all they say is Sorry I don't know. Sounds lazy

Ok shop, not good customer service.The shop overall is a bit expensive but as always good quality stuff with short queues.

I got a really nice diamante t-shirt from there. It is hard tho to get my size as they have stopped doing plus size in the shop, only available online, but if you go downstairs, you can find discontinued lines in plus sizes.

I don’t really think this page deserves even 1 star.. I bought a river island bag and for days I didn’t realize the tag was on all this time. Once I saw the tag I took the bag back into store and told them to remove the tag. I lost my receipt and I was panicking a lot as every shop I go into it beeps which is very embarrassing as the team didn’t even do a good job when I purchased the item it is their job to take the tags off. It’s common sense. After that the blonde lady at reception kindly said let me ask my manager and manager then came and said to me we ‘we won’t remove it until we see a receipt ‘ , I then said that I have a confirmation email and it literally says river island on the bag, as I’m not asking a lot. Just literally want them to take off the tag !! They didn’t listen and I then said to them, ‘so you won’t help me?’ She said ‘no’ in such a rude attitude which made me feel very upset me leaving the store. Absolutely awful customer service they need to learn some respect especially the manager smhh

Didn't have item in stock so they offered home delivery, but entered my address incorrectly, so I haven't received an item. Will recommend everyone to check their addresses before submitting order in store, because girls who work there clearly don't care.

Really helpful & friendly staff, great selection of clothes. Always shopped here, smart but hip and a great fit.

It says clearly on the website that it’s open till 8 pm… im rushing after work to collect my parcel at 7.39 pm because im working all day and can not order to home address… it’s 7.39 pm and they’re closed!! Why can you just change that freaking time online so people don’t get confused and make a long trip to the shop..!! Thanks River Island Nottingham.
