I've been training with alex for almost a month now. He always pushes me to my highest potential. He gives me genuine feedback and never tells me what I want to hear which a lot of PT's do who don't really care about their customers. I have had past trainers but never before have I had a trainer that is really passionate about helping you achieve your personal goal. Each session is different, varied, challenging yet fun and I always look forward to what the next session brings. After recently being diagnosed with IBS Alex ensured that my workouts are designed to aide and help with this. He's the best there is!
