From not knowing where to turn due to last year and this year , 2 enormous swarms, of what turned out to be honey bees taking up residence under my rear flat roof I found Andrew. So calmly and professionally he dealt with the problem. He outlined the worst case scenario of partly removing inside ceilings then dealing with the total removal from outside. The worst case was avoided. I can't praise him enough. Four days later, the bees now have a new home and I have peace of mind. Would recommend him without any reservations.

Fantastic, efficient and fast service. I looked online for help as I was being bitten every night. Andrew responded to my inquiry very quickly and came out within a couple of hours. He did a really thorough search and was very knowledgeable about the various pests. He was here for 45 mins and ruled out any infestation. He put everything back in place before he left and didn't charge a penny. It is so rare to find such integrity these days. I would highly recommend this company. I have peace of mind now and a number to call if I need it. Thank you Andrew for restoring my faith that there are genuine people like you still around.

Andrew came to my house and inspected it for me, found no sign of pests. Didn’t charge me. I then phoned up about a bees nest in the cavity wall. He told me they would die off or be gone in a month if I could wait.Definitely a good company to use. Honest and reliable. Absolutely fantastic! Had a problem with rats getting into the house and were recommended Greenway by a friend - very happy we were.Andrew was great throughout. Clearly knew what he was doing and was just really, really helpful.Rather than just poison them he worked really diligently over a number of visits to find out how the rats were getting into the property and prevent any reoccurances. All while trying to get the current occupiers removed as humanely as possible (my partner really likes rats!).We were really happy with the job throughout and when the final bill came through staggeringly cheap it was the final icing on the cake.Can't recommend Andrew and Greenway highly enough!The best way I can think to sum up is that you wouldn't think getting rats in your home could be a positive experience, and yet somehow that's how this has ended up.

Top notch service by Andrew with the pigeon problem at my house in Whitley Bay. Originally wanted netting but he was able to advise a more effective solution with spikes at the same cost. He installed these above the bay window where the pigeons were congregating, also covered the alarm box, and even cleaned this and the wall (which I wouldn't have been able to reach with my ladders). Very professional, and a great job done.
