I don’t often write reviews; however my experience of I buying two flats with the help of Secrea and Billy has been so outstanding, smooth and professional; I just had thank them publicly. You guys are so amazing, kind and helpful; from the first second of meeting Secrea, she was just so warm, pleasant, kind and professional. Throught the difficult purchasing phase, dealing with solicitors and so on; Billy was really on top of things, very helpful, polite and professional.When things go smooth, you don’t really have much to do with either the agent or solicitors; its only when things get unexpectedly complicated and challenging, you appreciate the fact that you are dealing with genuinely kind and helpful people.I will be continuing to work with them with renting of the flats.

I initially engaged Lixing to purchase a flat but although I ended up purchasing through another broker, Robert continued to follow up with me throughout the process and was helpful in recommending mortgage brokers and furniture providers. Following completion, they have also very quickly found a tenant. I would highly recommend them for their service and knowledge in the area.

I would recommend Lixing (particularly Rob and Billy), from a buyer’s perspective, they were very responsive (much more so than other real estate agencies) and very helpful from start to move-in! If I was selling I would definitely want to work with them again in the future.

As a first time home buyer in London I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Billy. The property I bought was a new build contract reassignment and was purchased during the time of the pandemic (late 2020 to mid 2021) when there was a tight timeline due to the stamp duty land tax cut. Billy was very co-operative, friendly, hard working and sincere and acted as a liaison between the original buyer, the developer and me. While the development itself was delayed by a few months, the contract exchange process itself went smoothly and we were still able to partially take advantage of the stamp duty cuts. I would recommend Billy and Lixing without a doubt and am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Unprofessional and Unethical. We got a flat from Lixing and were asked to leave the flat after 6 months of stay, as they were expecting unacceptable rent increase in middle of contract. Flat 28 Dundee Wharf, owner Raj, and Lixing were totally Unethical and not trustworthy. We paid for crazy energy bill in winter and were asked to move in summer when bills were less. Do not trust unprofessional Lixing, specially for flat 28 Dundee Wharf

Billy and the rest of the Lixing team are probably the best agents I’ve used in London....and I have used many! They are very responsive, hard working and offer a first class service. I have used them for both sales and lettings and will continue to work with them on my portfolio.

This was by far the best experience I've had with an agency (and I have moved a lot).Patient, honest and kind people, who aren't just looking out for the interest of the landlord - they protect you as a tenant. Quick communication and very organised. The whole experience was smooth and for the first time I felt like I could trust my letting agency (not an exaggeration).I have moved out of London for the time being but were I ever to move back, I would rent with Lixing again. I wouldn't want to deal with other 'shady' agencies anymore.Thank you for everything and never change!

I feel extremely fortunate that I came across Lixing and then decided to choose Lixing.
