I would highly recommend this company from customer service, price and workmanship. Due to having a step in the bathroom it's not straight forward, the guys have made a superb job in fitting the lino.

Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable assistant in the showroom who also measured up the house and supplied quote. There was no pressure selling involved which we appreciated - unlike some of the bigger stores. The price was excellent.The joiner and carpet fitter were efficient, hardworking, polite, obliging and very tidy. All mess was cleared away. Furniture was moved and replaced safely and without fuss.I would highly recommend the Fife Flooring Studio.

We've had some wooden flooring and carpet fitted by Fife Flooring Studio over the last few months and not had any issues with them. On our first visit to the showroom, the staff were very patient and helpful and have been on subsequent visits too. The quality of the flooring is great and prices are competitive.The team who fit the carpet were on time and efficient and the job was done well.Marking down a star as we've had some issues with the joiner they used to install our wooden flooring. As far as I know, they don't have another joiner so this would put me off ordering this type of flooring from them again.

Good range of carpets, wooden and laminate flooring and others types of flooring. Staff are really friendly, helpful and give good advice. Would definitely recommend them. Also open 7 days a week. Not a lot of parking at the store but lots within less than 1 minutes walk.

Returned again for carpets. Great service, competitive prices, fitted well. Would recommend.

Terrible customer service. We have bought all our floor coverings from here in the past but never again. Our living room carpet is red and over time we noticed that certain areas had faded badly. We reported this and someone came out to look at it and agreed that it had faded badly and that it wasn't their fault but the manufacturers. Long story short ,the manufacturers took no responsibility saying that if you have windows in your room then sunlight will fade your carpet over time. GREAT who doesn't have windows in their room! Fife flooring when asked why they don't tell their customers this said they didn't know this would happen, yet other carpet shops I have spoken to say they would always alert their customers to this possibility with coloured carpets. The staff and owner were very unhelpful regarding our complaint, I had to chase them up frequently and was even told by one employee that I was a liar. The owner didn't even apologise for that. I find it very short sighted of them as it would only have taken them to replace our carpet at cost to them and we would have continued to be customers for years to come and recommend to friends and family so actually they will loose out big time.
