We asked for a Greg to attend as we had issues with our heating system. It didn't take him long to diagnose and had us booked in within a day. Fantastic service and sorted.

I call Gregg evey year to service my boiler, which he kindly sourced and fitted for me. Eeach time I am humbled and relieved to encounter something so hard to find. From an initial enquiry about my dad's existing boiler, to a visit to quote for a replacement and other plumbing work- we now have a great new boiler with a smart thermostat (smarter than us!). Gregg gave sound, unbiased advice, and talked us through what the installation would entail. On the day of installation, Greg and Alex were on time and the installation went smoothly- even though it required some framework to be built into the roof to accommodate the chimney which was not there before. They left the place as clean as they found it, and then came back to explain and help set up the IT tech for the thermostat on our phones (with great patience I must add!).
