First class service as always. Prompt, professional, trustworthy and excellent value for money. I can't recommend highly enough and would urge any business or individual to at least give these guys a try.

I have been having problems with my emails recently and desperately needed them to be organised and sorted. I asked Eddie of Your Computer Department to help me. He was very prompt with arranging a time so that he could deal with my problem straight away. He, actually, logged into my computer remotely so that he could work from his office and spoke to me on the mobile whilst he dealt with it.Eddie was very thorough. He contacted my current email host and managed to get information that he needed so that he could transfer my emails to a more reliable email service provider. He, then, transferred the emails from my old provider to the new. Now the emails are working fine and I can now access them from all of my Apple devices.I would highly recommend Your Computer Department to sort out any IT issues or set ups. I was very impressed with Eddie’s knowledge, enthusiasm and motivation to find out the problem. His approach is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for solving my problem.

Eddie, I would like to thank you for the advice and help, and the work you have undertaken on my behalf over the last couple of months. I now feel much more relaxed about my online security thanks to the encryption work undertaken and in addition the 'password manager' system you applied which has added another layer of security to my device. My desktop stopped working yesterday and Eddie has managed to replace hard drive and re install all my data that is on the external hard drives. This was amazing and took no time at all. Fantastic system. Thank you

I called Your Computer Department out of the blue after someone compromised my outlook account and I was left without email (which is crucial to running my business). Barry said someone would call me back shortly. They did. Eddie spent just over an hour fixing my email and adding 2-step authorisation where needed. I am up and running again. Brilliant! Your Computer Department have been supporting my business and making sure that all my iMacs work properly and that I have the best software to help us to work efficiently. I now have Microsoft Office which is set up on all my devices. I also have added protection with Backup and Password Protection. They are professional and always very responsive when I need support.
