I have been working at Brinnington Hall now for 5 weeks as Care Manager & I have never felt so welcomed into a new job as I have here. The Home Manager Rachel McIntosh is a great mentor & has supported me throughout my time here. The staff are very welcoming & have helped me to settle into my role. I'm looking forward to to learning new skills & know I will achieve them working here.

I have been working at Brinnington Hall for almost 6 months. I settled very quickly and love my job. Fantastic Manger and Deputy Manager and great team work between staff. Brinnington Hall is a great place to work and I am glad to be part of this amazing team. Here’s to looking forward to many more happy months ahead.

worked in this home since the age of 18, now aged 26 i could not thank the company enough for the support and efforts made to progress with my carer from a care assistant to front of house manager.The bonds created between the residents staff and family members is amazing, memories that will never be forgotten.

I started working at Brinnington Hall at the end of January as the Weekend Receptionist and was immediately welcomed into the team. All the staff are genuinely open and extremely caring and go above and beyond on a daily basis.There's no just a Receptionist/care assistant/cleaner" here. Everyone is treated with the same respect

Terrible to the staff, even worse to the residents. They put on a great show to anybody who walks in, but behind closed doors, they're atrocious.Source: My mother was a senior care worker there, before leaving due to constantly feeling sorry for the residents, and getting incredibly stressed due to how short-staffed they always were.

Wonderful caring staff. Mum as just told me “they look after me just like you always do, I’m so lucky to now have two caring families”. What more can a family ask for. Credit to the caring profession. Can’t name individuals as all are great & we’d like to say a big thank you & day how much you are appreciated x
