Had a ring that needed resizing. They cleaned it up beautiful and advised the right size, as well as going above and beyond to get it ready when I suddenly needed it ahead of time. They were so friendly and so kind, and also very reasonable price! Highly recommended.

LONDON ROAD GOLD ARTS :: Amazing Establishment. I have made a few purchases of late from Justin and Henry, both of whom are experts in their field. They are very friendly, and refreshingly take the time to genuinely converse with their customers, opposed to delivering a ‘hard sell’ like most jewellers - I only shop at gold arts, can’t be beaten on price ! Reassuring focus on customer service rather than making a “quick buck”. Proper service. Very quickly fixed loose clasp on my Rolex and used their high tech device to determine accuracy of time pieces from timing of the “clicks”. Avoided an unnecessary service and 8 weeks without my beloved watch. Next time budget allows, I know where my next watch is coming from.

I've dealt with Henry and Olly at GA on more than one occasion and cannot say enough about their service. I've had amazing service every time I've dealt with them - purchasing from them couldn't be easier, and the whole process is fantastic. Henry was incredibly patient with me when asking lots of very specific questions and made me feel really comfortable in dealing with them. I'd definitely recommend!
