Fantastic service by the engineer who came out today. The retaining spring had come off the seal for the drum. Engineer was able to get it fixed and also did a quick wash to ensure there was no leaks.Fast response as it was next day call-out.Polite helpful staff.Highly recommended.

I have been dealing with Abbey Midland now for about 4 years. I can honestly say that I have had absolutely no problems with them at all. Today, with only an hour left to closing time my oven broke and would normally have to wait until after the bank holiday., but within half an hour of my calling them the it was replaced and working. I cannot thank Jackie and her team enough for their prompt service.

Have rented a large washing machine from Abbey rentals Coventry for a number of years. We have always received excellent service from them if we have had an issue with the machine they are out the same day and if the problem isn't fixable At the time of the visit they replace it which is great with a busy family. The machines are always good quality and good branded names. Would recommend them.

I have been renting from Abbey RentalFor 20 years .Most of the staff have been there for many years. They are friendly and caring .The customer service is excellent .Knowing if your appliance breaks down they are at hand .It gives you peace of mind .

I have been with this company for a long time, they are fantastic. If there is a problem you ring and it usually gets sorted the same day. The lady that answers the phone is really helpful and whenever the engineers come out they are always helpful and polite. Couldn't fault this company at all.

They got back to me right away Jackie was so lovely & helpful and her team did all they could to help. Lovely company very professional and it was great to have a reply right away. I have been with this company now since 2014 and In that time I have found the staff and in particular Jackie and Jamie to be very pleasant and helpful. The overall customer service is fantastic. They have great products and offer them to customers at very competitive prices. I would highly recommend this company and wish them all the success in the future.
