Lovely calm atmosphere. Feeling the results!!

Nina is an amazing teacher and has really helped me out with a back problem that I have been trying to sort for ages! She goes through the steps very carefully and you never feel rushed or silly if you can't get it. The atmosphere is lovely and the exercises are completely personalised to what suits you. I have already started to see/feel a difference which is amazing!

Pilates fitz is the most wonderful place for pilates classes. Nina is a fantastic instructor and she really makes me feel confident and comfortable. She tends to do small groups or 1:1 which suits me. It's really neurodivese friendly too. Highly reccomend.

I am so glad that I found Nina - she is fantastic! If you want a top Pilates instructor then look no further. She has been warm, friendly and welcoming since first making contact - offering an initial 1:1 lesson, to ensure I was put into the correct group. Her pilates studio is always inviting and with no more than 3 per class she reassures and corrects throughout the class in a constructive way.She knows exactly how to challenge each and every client, whilst not making them do too much.During the current crisis Nina has been instrumental in helping me to keep up my fitness, by offering pilates via a video call.If you are new to Pilates, or just want a new instructor, then try Nina - you will not be disappointed!
