Very professional. I could't make it to my GP appointment due to cancelled trains and they were able to book me an appointment for the next day. I had my implant renewed and it only took 15min. They staff was very friendly and helpful, as they always are. Very happy wity the service.

Was in a queue on the phone for forty minutes waiting for my turn. The woman on the other side couldn't hear me so I moved around a bit and tried to talk to her. After about 10-15 seconds of picking up she hanged up on me! Rang back and the queue was even longer - terrible service!!!

Originally came for a coil removal but I was convinced by the doctor to keep it in...(think she couldn't be bothered to remove it). Came back again about a month later but they were short staffed so was told I wouldnt be able to have it removed today & then sent to Hemel Hempstead clinic monday walkin service. Only to find that the Hemel clinic has been closed down for renovation for 4months. I have today come back to Watford only to be sitting here for over 2 hours I have sat and watched literally everyone go in and be seen. I was number 19 but somehow number 25 has gone and left and I'm still sitting here. Very bizarre!

They should not work in the service sector if they cannot handled the pressure simple as that. Date 16 Sep 2020 at 2.40 pm totally dissatisfied with the lady who answered the call after 40 minutes wait no solution given in deed had to listen how busy were they and system has collapsed so need to call them back means I have to wait another 40 minutes to an hour in the phone line and what if it was not fixed????? God save usIf the lady was not aggressive this wouldn't have been an issue but she was

I honestly can't believe the amount of care empathy and knowledgeability I encountered. I'm happy to have found this clinic.

I was worried about wait times for my appointments here, but the reception and clinical staff went above and beyond to schedule me in and make me feel at ease. Emma A and the reception staff are so personable and caring. Their level of service and the facilities could be mistaken for private health care - thank you!

They’re very kind here and professional, throughout lockdown I have been allowed company as don’t do well with needles without company and they have been great! Definitely recommend this clinic. Joyce is very comforting and goes above and beyond.

We have been with this surgery for over 33year. It was the best surgery and we would always boast to our friends and family about how great it is. It went down a little 3 years ago but since it has combined and become WHC our experience has always been extremely stressful. Today i was on the phone for over half hour just to sort out a repeat presciption issue. Which has been the biggest problem as they never seem to get it right first time.I handed in a repeat on the third of September and its still not got to the pharmacist. This is for someone who is diabetic. There is always something or other an issue with the repeats.If it wasn't for the doctors i think we would seriously consider changing.

I cannot praise the reception staff and the nurses enough at this clinic. The minute you walk in to reception, all the ladies are polite, friendly and very helpful! If only all medical places were as nice. Keep up the great work!
