She’s been crystal clear on what I need to do, responded to every e-mail in record time and has generally been the most polite, efficient and helpful person I have encountered in a very long time. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she has personally made a complex legal process as easy as possible for me.This is no mean feat as I am not the smartest man in the world, so it is a testament to her powers of communication and efficiency that she has made this so painless.To be able to do this when coping with such a backlog of work from things like COVID is beyond remarkable.5 stars, great and personable service!

I had great advice from Cheryl who from day 1 was sympathetic and non judgemental which gave me the confidence to deal with my IVA (my IVA was from a different company). Cheryl was able to advise me how to complete my IVA early and be debt free again. Thank you again Cheryl ~ I finally received my completion certificate on Friday.
