We cannot recommend Cornwall Funeral Services enough. They provided a service that reflected exactly what we wanted but the additional support, empathy and care that was given to us was exceptional, thank you CFS.

A very sad time for anyone. Made worse if that’s possible that it was Christmas Day. Throughout the whole period we were dealt with great compassion and efficiency.Morgan took the lead from us, gave great recommendations and listened to what we wanted. Communication was excellent; always there for advice and support but also respecting our space.Everything was completed seemingly effortlessly and we were contacted when they arranged. We actually made an error and Morgan just dealt with it immediately taking away the stress.The service was lovely and we gave our wonderful Dad a send off that he would love.A great team which comes highly recommended by us. We would not hesitate to use them in the future and will recommend to any of our friends. Thank you.

We have been really pleased with the level of service we received from Cornwall Funeral Services. The compassion, professionalism and efficiency given to us was excellent. We have used them three times over the last 3 years and every experience was consistently high. All the staff are very respectful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are also technically very able and provided support with webcasts and photo/video editing and all the music required, and all value for money, as we know how time consuming technical services can be. It was helpful also to invoice the wake and flowers through CFS too. We'd like to thank Scott and his team for all their care and concern.

We found Cornwall funeral service, a family run business by looking through reviews from other family's, they have amazing reviews and now I know why.When my dad sadly passed away, we wanted to give him the best send off that we possibly could.We met Scott and his team who were amazing. They made the whole process bearable and guided us every step of the way. Having not had to organise a funeral before, Scott helped us through it and from the planing stage to after the care we received was just the best.He made us, as a family feel really looked after and we knew our dad was in the best hands. The staff were really lovely and made what could have been a very difficult time, an easy experience. They were available 24/7 and even stated that I could call them at any time and were extremely kind, spending lots of time chatting with me when they returned my husbands ashes to me!I would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, family run team to support you in arranging the celebration of a loved ones life.Again I would like to thank Scott and the team!

A very thoughtful, personal and efficient service from the start. Scott, Matt and the team provided us all with faultless support and guidance throughout. My late husband was able to have the celebration of his life conveyed in the way he wanted. The technical abilities of the team made the multi media presentations memorable and the live broadcasting meant that those unable to attend in person could attend virtually. Thank you.

It was a very sad time with the sudden passing of our mum, but the support from Scott and the team in organising and helping us through the occasion and with Dave managing the service as celebrant so magnificently, it made it so much easier and memorable.
