George the postmaster is a real gentleman, 30 years his been serving our community always with a smile & very helpful.I go in several times a week engaging in friendly conversation with both George & the girls who work there.This is how our shops should be giving a great experience having a joke & laugh whilst dealing with matters.Great gem of a post office VERY disabled friendly, thankyou.

Cannot fault. There seems to be two regular staff members who are both friendly and always willing to help. I've sent passport applications and many tracked items from Castle without any issues whatsoever.

This post office provides customer service above and beyond any post office I have used in Cheshire, all members of staff, Hayley, Debbie, Beverley and George are all wonderful, nothing is too much trouble.. Well done and a massive thank you! Emma x

The best customer service I have ever had at a post office. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The same every time. What a change to the normal -run-of-the-mill post offices. I always try to use this post office whenever I can.

Have been a customer at this post office for many years and the quality of service is way above others locally. The staff are always happy to help, polite and friendly as well as efficient. Can’t recommend this post office enough.

Excellent, friendly service. Nothing a problem. Sending items back, getting money, friendly chat, quantum theory, handy tips, hell... they would probably walk your dog for free if you asked them.
