I want to say a massive THANK YOU to Jamie and all of the team who created the perfect media wall for my flat.After spending some time sat in a coffee shop scratching my head trying to decide which company to use, I came across Jamie Burleys website and enquired.Shortly after enquiring, I had a phone call from Jamie who came across as keen to help out. Jamie worked around my busy lifestyle and reassured myself that he had the right team to make everything perfect - he wasn’t wrong!Within 24 hours, Jamie had visited my flat and explained jargon-free the different options available, there was no pressure and he patiently answered my 1,000 questions.I felt full confidence immediately that I had chosen the right company to build the tailored wall I wanted for such a long time.Within days, I met the team Steve & Nephew (Carpenters), Jack (Electrician) & more. After speaking to the team, it was clear that they all had a positive attitude, happy to help and I felt that they treated my flat like it was their own (even cleaned up at the end of the day).The communication was second to none, I had updates throughout the day to show me the progress which was a really nice touch.After everything had been built, I was looking for a painter to paint my media wall, Jamie put me in touch with George (GM Maintenance). George gave me a very reasonable quote and came over within a couple of days and got straight to work! Similar to the JB Team, George was extremely hard working and again, I felt completely at ease. I have since asked George to paint my bedroom with panelling after being so impressed with his service/work.My new TV arrived a week later, Steve came over and fitted this free of charge & fitted my old tv in the bedroomThe media wall has been built exactly to how I’d asked with more features I had opted for such as the colour wheel / brushed chrome light switchesHonestly, I can’t thank you all enough - I’m in love with my media wall, even days after it’s all been completed I still can’t believe it’s mine!Based on the service, I have kept all of the teams contact numbers and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else to have work done in the future.*****

Could not recommend Jamie & his team highly enough. From start to finish they were unbelievable! Punctual, hard working & polite, I couldn’t have asked for more. Jamie had a real passion for what he does & gave us some great insight & advice into all decisions that created a great final product, that was well built & very fairly priced. A guy that couldn’t do enough for people. Will be looking to use him again in the near future.

We were recommended the Jamie Burley Group for our roof by a couple of different builder friends that have had very good experiences with the firm. After looking the company up and following their social media closely for a little while it was clear that these guys are the real deal and they soon rose to the top of our list.I reached out to Jamie at the beginning of our wrap around extension to query the Fatra membrane product he uses Vs the cheaper EPDM rubber which was a contender.After answering all my questions, pointing out the pros and cons of both products and me also doing further research it inevitably pushed the EPDM out of the equation and Fatra easily to the front (leagues apart).Shortly after giving Jamie the nod to tackle the Fatra roof finish we also then decided to use his carpenters to tackle the whole warm roof construction which included all 130mts of framework/joists, new to old abutment, 4x lanterns framed out, all rainwater goods, plush concealed gutters AND Jamie even went out of his way to help get me the best prices on all materials for the job.The whole experience from start to finish with JBG has been exceptional. Surreal communication from Jamie, even responding to queries when boarding a plane and on holiday (Jamie does not switch off!), excellent team of guys on the roof that were a real pleasure to have around …nothing but smiles! and were also super efficient and punctual right through to completion.Not a bad word to say about JBG, the product or the whole experience. Hands down the best single contractor we’ve had to date on the project!

Jamie and his team were excellent throughout our latest project having a new roof lantern fitted. They communicated brilliantly and sent photos by way of update after the day’s work. I felt in good hands the whole way, they were easy to talk to and worked around me, I would highly recommend Jamie. The workmanship was quality, all the work was completed to such a high standard. If you’re considering any changes, get a quote. I am honestly so impressed and his expertise was really reassuring. Thank you Jamie

Wonderful service from Jamie and his team, particularly Steve, who replaced our large decking area. Excellent workmanship! Our raised decking area also needed reinforcing to support our new hot tub, which the company arranged to complete at the same time. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone. I got called into work last minute but hubby says they turned up on time and they didn't stop.!!! Very clean workers , very polite and helpful. Excellent quality and service. I wasn't even home to pay them but they left when finished and just trusted me to pay which was nice of them. If you want a new roof, this company are the ones to use. Jamie is one of the best - I can highly recommend. He built a garden room for us in the back of our garden. His quote was competitive against the two others we received for the project but his knoweldge / expertise around the flat roof gave him the edge and going with him was the best decision we've made in a while.At the design stage Jamie was very responsive, updating the quote and discussing options to get the best value for money within our budget. He was able to speak from experience about what would look best and what to prioritise.The build stage went very smoothly. Jamie had a large team and everything was lined up to perfection so they were able to finish within just 5 days! The team turned up at 8am everyday and everyone was polite / professional. I was consulted on decisions during the build and the site was left clean/secure each day.Jamie would send me a picture each day showing the progress being made and gave me an indication of what would be done on each day (e.g. ground screws, roof, windows/doors, plastering, flooring, second fix electrics).I think Jamie's best quality is the fact he's customer focused rather than profit focused. For example, he couldn't easily source Siberian Larch cladding and so upgraded us to Red Cedar cladding free of charge (though not without asking first). We had also asked for timber decking out front but once it had been fitted it didn't quite look right, so Jamie replaced / upgraded it with grey composite decking, again free of charge. Lastly, Jamie organised a skip for me free of charge as I had a lot to get rid of from clearing the back of my garden.We're delighted with the quality of finish and look forward to designing the rest of the garden around our feature garden office...
