An outstanding veterinary clinic and the entire team are fantastic. Our lovely Frenchie Lenny needed to have an operation on his back which was performed by Adam who was amazing, he kept us informed regularly and explained everything that was happening step by step. All the team have worked tirelessly to keep him calm and provided the best treatment to ensure he felt safe and loved. Can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. Lenny is doing brilliantly now and it’s only 4 weeks after surgery, he is now able to go for a walk - thanks again Adam :)

Thank you to your experienced team who really looked after my elderly pet Jessie Pig when she had collapsed and needed to have a heart scan. I was informed all along on what the procedure was for and the findings explained to me; it was a worrying time she was cosy and cared for by the lovely nurses during her recovery anaesthetic, the Nurses sent me pictures of her snuggled in a blanket. Many thanks to you all I appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

I can’t praise Northwest Referrals enough. We found them online after being told by our vet that our 2 year old Frenchie needed an MRI scan after a suspected IVDD diagnosis. I asked my vet to make the referral and from our first contact on the phone I knew we were in good hands - we had our appointment booked in a matter of days and they would have seen us sooner had we not had to travel so far to reach them. On the day of the scan we were seen by Radu who was so knowledgeable and so good with our pup, despite the fact that she has extreme anxiety and is not comfortable in a vet situation - he knew exactly how to deal with her and put her as much at ease as possible. The scan was thorough and the findings were explained clearly and in great detail so we knew exactly what we were dealing with and how we had to go about aiding her recovery. Surgery may be needed but we know without a doubt that Northwest is the only place we would be comfortable carrying this out for us. I also have to mention Kimberly on reception - what an asset to the practice, she made us feel welcome and reassured throughout the day. I’m so grateful that we chose Northwest - they have made this stressful time so much more bearable.The practice itself is a clean and cheerful environment and has an uplifting vibe which feels unlike many other cold sterile vet clinics I have visited in the past.

Our vet Paula saw us yesterday for a CT scan on my cat Penny. Although we did not get the diagnosis we hoped for, we're confident we were given the best level of care and advice by Paula and the team involved in caring for Penny on her short stay.Thank you x

Kept forgetting to write a review. Northwest referrals did a great job of the surgery & treatment for our little Chester and his spinal surgery. It was something of and emergency as it just all came on very quickly and they got him in to operate after we expressed we didn’t want to wait until the following Monday (this all happened on the Friday). The pricing of the surgery was good in comparison to every other place we rang and the approach, friendliness & professionalism from the staff was great. Our Chester has his surgery on 5/11/22 and was literally back wobbly walking within a couple days. Thanks again to everyone at NWR.

Took our little dog Elsa following an injury to her neck putting pressure on her spine. She was in severe pain and distress and needed spine surgery. From our first contact with Anrich they were amazing. Our first consultation with Adam the surgeon we were informed of everything involving Elsa's operation. She was checked throughly at each aftercare visit and anything we were worried about Adam explained. We were not rushed at any of our visits.So to reception and all of the staff employed at Anrich a big thankyou for your care given to Elsa. Absolutely outstanding!

In July our 11-year-old GSD Bailey slipped off his ramp getting in the car, afterwards he could hardly walk, his back legs collapsing! We thought it maybe the end! Thankfully our vet advised an MRI. I found Northwest Referrals online and our vet referred him to them. Thanks to Northwest's diagnosis from the MRI and good advice on how to treat him, 8 weeks later he is now walking well again. Our Frenchie was showing signs of back pain, he seemed fine after a few days but, we decided on an MRI scan as a precaution, our vets in North Wales referred us to a place in Chester that were quoting us £4000, after some research we booked a scan with this vets, they were absolutely amazing from start to finish, they looked after us and our little fella, all the staff we dealt with were fantastic and we received a 1st class service at a very affordable price, I would highly recommend and would definitely take my boy there again - thank you all very much
