I recently bought a mug from them. The mug is great quality and very cute. The ml were accurate, which is important for me (some other shop once stated wrong liquid capacity and I ended up with mug that is too small). It's big, but also lightweight, so doesn't get too heavy when full. The shipment was really quick. I already gave them review on Trustpilot, but I can do it here as well, because they deserve good rating. I'm really happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend this shop!

This is such a lovely company. I had a slight problem with personalising the mug I wanted and they sent me a very nice email. I received the mug two days later. It's a gift for someone and am sure they will love it. They have the best range of mugs I've ever seen! Will do business again as Christmas approaches...

One of the mugs I purchased unfortunately suffered from hot water shock and cracked. When I contacted the store they could not have been more helpful. The mug was immediately replaced with a new one, with absolutely no quibble. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to shop with!

This company is new to me - I found them online as they have some great mugs I haven’t seen anywhere else. And I’m really glad I did. I called them to check some things and they were very friendly and helpful and really knew their stuff. No, I don’t have shares. Delivery was pretty quick and everything I bought - quite a lot, as I was really impressed with their range - came very carefully wrapped, so there was no damage. Most importantly, I got what I’d paid for (unlike an order from Oliver Bonas at the same time, where I bought two beautiful mugs and two very different ones turned up and now need to be returned). I wasn’t convinced about the personalisation part, but I tried it for a gift and it worked out really well so I’ll do that again another time. I know I can be a demanding customer, but I love credit where it’s due, and that’s here. Highly recommended. And that’s rare for me!
