No method to the prescription service, you have to do something different each time you go. No training of the staff to boots level in other towns. I had to give all my personal details out in front of a large queue of people, also the lady made me tell everyone what medicatipon i was collecting even though i had a collection number. Big retardation in there

The staff are mostly lovely in this store but pharmacy I'm afraid with service is a bit hit and miss. Most of the staff try so hard to sort issues out with prescriptions. Always looks like they are shirt staffed and sometimes the que time can be 10 minutes or more..

No Organisation, some of the staff has no customer service skills, long queues at the pharmacist, they call out what medication you are on when you don’t want everyone to know. Long waiting times. They say that they are behind all the time like it’s your fault.

Women with ginger hair who works on the pharmacy counter is incredibly rude. Went to pick up a prescription for a vulnerable person who is isolating and I was very rudely spoken to and was asked to stop looking around the shop whilst waiting for the prescription to be prepared, even when there was nobody else in the shop! Blonde lady on the door was the opposite, she was delightful and assisted me with finding some hand sanitisers. It’s a shame that the pharmacy counter has zero customer service!!
