Yupa Yoga Studio
Today I took part in the Tai Chi class!This was the first time since lockdown and it was so wonderful to get back with Yupa to do the class again.If you have any joint issues then Tai Chi is ideal for stretching out getting a whole body and mind gentle work out!I am looking forward to the next class and improving myself.Yupa is an excellent teacher /communicator and very generous at passing on her knowledge.x

Yupa Yoga just keeps getting better and better. The lovely studio is spacious, calm, and warm, and there are plenty of classes to suit all tastes and abilities. The teachers are great and they are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Yupa is at the heart of the studio and she never fails to lift my spirits and encourage my efforts. I enjoy all the different classes I attend and I always leave feeling better physically and spiritually than when I arrived.

Lovely studio, very well set up with great instructors. Nice and warm in the winter. Lots of classes available across various disciplines. Good value for money with various offers.Building is also the right temperature in the warmer months.We've had multiple instructors all very good, with great technical knowledge and instruction.

Myself as well as some of our Techys2u colleagues go to Yupa Yoga to relax and unwind from a busy job and life. Yupa and all other trainers are fantastic and I can only recommend to join the Yupa Yoga family.

A fabulous class today as always. Thankyou Yupa for your patience and encouragement. You have helped me to gain much needed strength in my back after my back operation. Without you I would still be struggling and in pain everyday. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Yupa is a fantastic instructor and I cannot rate her enough. I’ve been to many yoga teachers over the years and she is by far the best in my opinion. She’s very friendly and patient. Yupa Yoga offers a varied amount of classes to suit everyone from beginners to people with more experience.

My first class with Yupa was last Thursday and she was so welcoming and completely made me feel at ease. As a beginner i was a little nervous, however this disappeared as soon as the class began, the support and guidance from Yupa was amazing. So looking forward to my new journey becoming a yogi.
