Brilliant! Tim and Simon were fantastic, they did a very good job replacing our boiler, very responsive to emails, gave a good, competitive quote, turned up on time and got the job done, as well as some last minute extras. I would highly recommend them.

Tim did a great job at repairing our bathroom sink with no fuss at all. He came round to ours quickly, went out to source the parts needed, and then fixed it in a flash. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Tim has completed various tasks for us, ranging from fixing broken taps to replacing radiators and shower pumps, as well as installing a magnetic filter on our heating system. He is friendly and punctual, and has delivered practical solutions every time we've used him. Would highly recommend.

After a small previous job, Tim & Simon replaced 6 elderly radiators and pointed out and stabilised a hot water cylinder left wonky on installation by British Gas Engineers some time before.They arrived on time, did a good job and did additional work not scheduled. Tim didn't leave until late, sorting unforeseen complications and making sure that our heating system was working and watertight.Price for the work was very reasonable and because it was finished in less time than expected (despite the complications), came in a little under the estimate. A top job all around!

After many years of trying to find a reliable good plumber, we have now finally found one. Tim and his partner Simon fitted a new heating system, which was quite a challange due to a badly installed system and pipework many years ago, his excellent and extensive knowledge proved invaluable, we were so impressed with his commitment and determination to solving our problems, very friendly, trustworthy and proffesional with a strong work ethic, we highly recommend Parsons Pluming, we will not useanyone else!

I have always found Tim to be a most reliable plumber. But today he he has excelled himself. Faced with a blocked water supply in concealed pipework, but with no clue as where the problem might lie and with me expecting major upheaval, Tim approached the problem in a logical way and sorted things out in just a few hours. Service was restored leaving no visible signs of how he got there. I cannot speak highly enough of a most excellent service.John Taylor

Simon came to help with a washing machine emergency - water everywhere and possible blocked pipe. He was extremely helpful and efficient. That is my usual experience from Parsons Plumbing.Since that review Simon has called to sort out a broken part on a bathroom towel rail - his help was invaluable as he saved time and inconvenience by obtaining the part from a local supplier.Parsons Plumbing service excellent as usual.

Tim installed our radiators and worked on the boiler system to increase water pressure. From the outset he applied a logical approach to his work, explaining things to us and ensuring that the work was done within a timely manner. He really goes above and beyond! Tim is trustworthy and reliable, he knows what he is doing! I would highly recommend him to anyone.
