Unprofessional, unreasonable. I carried out some work for this agency at short notice; it has been almost 60 days and i am still chasing them for payment but will now be escalating the matter.. Avoid dealing with them at all costs.

Just don’t bother, lol. Lady I dealt with during my rental was very unhelpful, once she had my money and then at the end of my rental trying to add silly charges on to make money for admin and cleaning fees etc. Giant scam artists !! Avoid at all costs !! Especially if your renter!!
