The coffee and sausage rolls are excellent here, and the service is efficient.I was less impressed by a recent cheeseburger. I think it might have been toasted. But whatever happened to it left it shrivelled and tasteless.The tables are well spaced out and there's plenty of natural light. Be aware that queues get very long around lunchtimes.

Enjoyable experience.The running of the counter, seemed a bit slow, considering how many staff were apparent.Staff were helpful in carrying my drink to my table, as I have mobility issues.Thank-you!

Was at the hospital with a friend and was obviously not allowed to stay with him due to covid restrictions so I went to the Pid and I ordered a caramel latte but I'm sorry to say it was more like warm milk with a hint of coffee and caramel not their best effort, when my friend had finished his treatment he wanted a coffee this time I ordered a flat white sane again they forgot to put the coffee in need less to say I can not on the service I received give this Costa more than 2 stars, hopefully next time they will improve.

There were tables free but they hadn't been cleared and were dirty. We sat down with our drinks and stacked the used mugs and plates but it was a while before anyone came to clear them away.On a plus point the coffee was lovely, just the right amount of foam to coffee ratio and piping hot. Staff were polite and friendly, as I'm disabled they carried my tray to my table of choice, asked if I needed anything else and to call if I wanted help. The iced Belgium bun was fresh and tasty, thoroughly enjoyed it! Shame that they didn't clear away at that point, but probably wasn't their job, which is silly.

Awful Service one person serving with a very long queue. And THE slowest so called Barista in the world.Stood there 25 minutes, lost the will to live, so left still thirsty.You can tell this is a franchise, perhaps a change is needed.

Not happy with this Costa. Seating uncomfortable. Wouldn't take a Costa gift voucher we had because being a Costco Franchise!. Not happy with that. Not a good atmosphere. Worst Costa we have been too. Won't go there again when using the hospital. Stick to their restaurant in hospital

A great place to have a break and get away from the chaos of the wards when you have to stay over. A nice place to have a drink and eat while visiting relatives or outpatients.A good selection of food and drink,friendly helpful staff, clean, plenty of seats.

It's a shame the serco supervisor who is in charge of Costa at the hospital (pod)who was on duty 14.00 20 Jan decided to shout at her staff as if they were feral dogs from her seat at a table instead of going over and talking to them in a respectful and professional manner.....it was done in such a way it obviously seemed normal to her with the staff reacting as if that's the way it is under her supervision
