A recent guest review -Dave was fantastic, showed us round when we arrived . The house was spacious, clean, decorated to a high standard, value for money for the night & in easy reach of the centre & the seafront. We would highly recommend booking at Beachville

Fab place in a very quiet location! Easy to get to the beach. No problems parking on the street and no restrictions. Beds very comfy, house nice and warm, everything provided in the kitchen (no oven glove but we cook in all the time whereas others may eat out and use the cooking facilities less!). If you want fresh milk then bring it. Plenty of loo roll provided too as well as tea bags, coffee, powdered milk and cooking oil. Loads of bin bags, foil etc which makes life easy! The courtyard garden has a love seat which can be moved around and this area catches the sun mid afternoon to make for a pleasant sit outside. The only minor issue for us was the lack of curtains, as at home we are used to sleeping with blackout curtains. There are vertical blinds but they don't block out any early morning sun. We'll definitely be back - with our eye masks! Thanks so much Dave for a great stay!

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprises how nice of a clean smell in the air. We stayed here as it was just over a mile from the Stadium of Light.Dave went above and beyond seeing to our every whim so to Dave thank you again.We had a great sleep in the most comfortable bed and would recommend anyone to book with Beachville direct as there is no need for crazy hotel room prices when you can have your own space of renting out a house with everything you could ever need.Super recommended by my wife and I so book direct with Dave and his team.

Very clean and homely space! Ideal for family and friend's outing. Dave is an excellent host.
