New Look
On my last visit I obtained a pair of boots I tried one boot on so comfortable I didn't try other boot on Wish I had other boot insole was scrunched up making it uncomfortable returned them to shop tried on another same ones same problem I mentioned it to assistant didn't have anyone check them out even though there was someone on shoe section at the time I've always shopped there for shoes never had a issue before.

I can not fault the shop in layout and the general look of the shop, I can always find what it is I'm looking for. However my last 2 experiences with staff has just been awful.2 older ladies didn't catch their names ( which I'm assuming we're both some sort of management) well they were pretty rude and spoke disrespectfully towards me like I was a teenager! Also it would be more inviting and wouldn't go a miss if you both could smile when people walk in, it would make you look alot more approachable and better customer service in the future.

No staff around to help, clothes all over the floor, big queues: very poorly managed. I really needed help to find a product in particular but there was not a single staff member on the shop floor and very few on tills. I was also looking for shoes and the shelves were quite spare looking, unsure if the size I wanted was available in stock but not put out or unavailable.Likely the result of being very understaffed however the experience was very frustrating and shouldn't happen.

It was easy to return some items from online but I was disappointed that there wasn't a men's section - apparently that's only online

Staff did not look happy about beingthere which makes you reluctant to ask for help as you feel like you're bothering them.The store was messy and floor dirtier than expected, especially as it was a dry day.The layout was okay, however, some displays were positioned a little too close, meaning it would be difficult to navigate if you were a larger sized person or if you had children/a pushchair with you.
