Becky's Bakeri

We received a biscuit box from Becky's Bakeri in the post as a gift from a relative and it was such a lovely surprise! The biscuits and buns were well packaged and clearly labelled, and most importantly, very tasty! We loved the Norwegian twist on some familiar varieties as well as treats that were new to us. The only downside was the debate over who had which treats! A lovely pick-me-up present and we'll definitely look at ordering ourselves, or for someone else.

Absolutely delicious! The cinammon brioche was light and yummy last week. This week my delivery of raspberry buns filled with a smooth luxurious custard were just sensational! Such a treat. I absolutely love the creations Becki takes time and effort to produce. I think I have tried them all, kids love the raspberry kisses and her apple cake, well you won't have tasted another one like it!The best bit is it tastes clean, far less sugary than a British bake. Try something, you won't be disappointed!

Having always enjoyed Becky’s Bakeri wares, when I discovered Becky was running Norwegian Bakery Classes I had to try it. Thoroughly good day, learning new techniques and I got to take my goodies home. If you are looking for a new experience, try this you will not be disappointed!

Becky’s Bakeri produces the most delicious Norwegian based recipes and I would recommend anyone to try them. Becky adds a personal service to her bakery too, supplying the Gift Box (photo) specially made to meet my needs as a present for someone who has everything. Becky even made some especially soft cookies for my 93 year old mother so she could celebrate the VE day anniversary with her own special Afternoon Tea. You don’t get that type of personalised service anywhere else!!

Becky's baked goodies are wonderful and such a lovely treat. Her sunshine buns are so good, the Risgrot (Norwegian rice porridge) topped with cinnamon sugar and melted butter is unbelievably good. And as for the caramel rhubarb cake.....

So tasty! Can heartily recommend the cinnamon buns and we'll certainly be ordering more soon!
