Poor customer service and absolutely no organisation. We ordered a tree to collect and when we arrived no one spoke to us and we had to wait 20mins before being served or even spoken to. There should be someone managing the queue and when offering a collection service this should be considered rather than making people wait in the normal queue for looking at the trees. The tree is fine however I will not be returning next year.

Even with us getting confused and not taking delivery or giving correct mobile number (apparently they called a few times). The guys delivered when they said and left the tree in the safe space we'd on the form.They even gave us advice and extra options to ensure that the tree had a fresh cut and minimal needle drop and it worked! Had the tree inside being watered for 4 weeks and hardly any needle drop even when being carried outside to leave for the collection. Can't recommend theme enough especially as they were so polite and helpful even when it was clearly out fault.
