Longhills Farm Boarding Kennels & Cattery

Took excellent care of my dog for a week, furthermore when I realized last minute I wouldn't be able to pick him up when I had told them I would they were more then happy to hold on to him for another 24 hours for me at the last minute. I will most certainly be using them again.

I went to collect my cat and the blanket we left him with was soaking wet. When i showed the staff and explained that I couldn’t ring it out without soaking everything I was offered a bin bag to transport it home.We also asked, prior to booking, whether they could crush his medication into his food, they said no problem. When we collected him, there were pills dumped, whole, on top of his food.If medicating him how I’d said wasn’t possible then I’d rather have been told and then booked him elsewhere.Collecting him and finding his sodden bed was a clear sign they didn’t careAvoid this place as a cat owner.

We have been bringing our dog here since she was a puppy, she always returns home happy and healthy. Jon and the staff are very accommodating in regards to her diet, she is a very fussy eater!Would recommend to my friends and family, Maddy enjoys her stays at Longhills Kennels and its peace of mind knowing she is happy and safe whilst we are away!

Taken my dog there a few times now, wouldn't want to take her anywhere else! Even though she doesn't get on with other dogs and is quite nervous, they are always accommodating for me. Thank you for always looking after her and puting my mind at ease.

We have used these kennels for our 3 dogs for the last 18 month! Amazing service everytime. Would not take my dogs anywhere else, I know they are all well looked after when they are in their care.

Stayed on the campsite in our Westy - superb! Ideal location, fine hosts and great facilities. We would love to return to continue exploring this wonderful area of the Cotswolds. Only a couple of gravel/grassed pitches but water and drain and EHU on hand with chemical waste disposal a dozen steps away. 10 mins to walk into the village and sample the local ale and great food - thanks for having us!

Very accommodating for a short notice stay and an extra night, the owner John is nice and the young girl who works there too. Big tick... However the husband’s wife was not so pleasant and complained that our dog barked constantly from 5am... and she said that he wasn’t welcome back... I dare say ‘if’ it was him barking that it was because he was unhappy. I collected him and his pen stank of wee and he was covered in it, dried and stained; I had to shower him and wash the boot liner. A kennels that just wants quiet dogs! I suggested it was because he was nervous/anxious, the owner said he was just throwing his toys out... probably because he was covered in wee. Rather underwhelmed sorry to say.

Very responsive and accommodating. clean kennel and friendly staff. Easy process from start toFinish. I had not left my dog at a kennel before, so I was a little apprehensive about how he would react, but he was super happy when we picked him up, thank you
