I'd been pondering getting a flagpole and flag for the VW festivals we attend, and as my band 7Sins was booked to play at one I took the plunge. Have to say Becky and the team at One Stop were excellent. Good comms, helped me decide what to buy, which ended up being a two sided flag with our logo on both sides, and I ordered it Monday and it came Thursday ready for the festival Friday onwards. Not cheap, but the quality is excellent. Highly recommended.

Purchased a large banner frame from One Stop a few years ago, found the staff really friendly and helpful and the frame itself was a great price (and I searched thoroughly!) and very heavy duty.Its still rust free now and undamaged despite being out in all sorts of weather, used throughout the year, and even being knocked about whenever its in storage!We recently managed to lose one of the pole clamps somehow and was in a panic it couldn't be replaced, but we sent One Stop an email and got a quick reply and now have a new clamp! Yay! Very happy, great service!

Apologies, I meant to post this sooner. I had a last moment of inspiration to order a personalised Director's chair for my brother in law's 60th birthday. With a really tight deadline, Chris worked his magic and it was delivered the day before the party! Absolutely amazing! The quality of the chair is second to none... couldn't have asked for a better product or customer service. I would definitely recommend Chris and the team to anyone.... thank you - really appreciate everything you did.

An oversight on my behalf meant that our design and delivery turnaround time was extremely tight. I worked with Chris and Phill and everything went extremely well. The product was delivered on time and was much better quality than anticipated. I would certainly work with this company again and on this experience would recommend them to anyone.

Over the moon with One Stops customer service.Had an incredibly tight deadline on some bunting. Asked if they could pull the rabbit out of the hat and dispatch next day, and they did! At no extra cost either.Would highly recommend.

I couldn't recommend One Stop enough, especially our account manager Becky Fox, she has been extremely quick at responding to me, going above and beyond to help with our various orders; we are going through a re-brand so there has been a lot of changing elements! Personally, I am extremely happy we found One Stop and the experience has been so positive.
