Howland Jones made our move seamless from start to finish. We had viewings with Alison who was very informative about the property and never rushed our viewing. Rebecca was fantastic as our point of contact and really looked after us as first time buyers. Communication throughout was brilliant and very friendly. We would highly recommend them.

If you want to rent a property and receive full deposit back then do not bother. I wish I was pro-active before viewing the property and read the reviews before going into contract with Howland Jones. Once keys handed back you don't receive ANY communication and have to chase on numerous occasions to even get a response back. Property was in better state than when I originally moved in and no consultation after move out date with regards to any issues. It was over a month after handing the keys back that I received any kind of response from the estate agents, but guaranteed if money was owed to them, responses would've miraculously been quicker. If I could give them 0 stars I would, definitely wouldn't recommend.

Very professional and friendly, Jon made a slick video with great audio of our bungalow. Katie, in particular, was very hard-working and communicative (which is what you want) and we sold our house within quite a short time but when you have a long chain, it can get very complicated with ups and downs. Everything though was dealt with very well by the team and it all went well in the end.We will definitely be selling our next house with them once the housing market is back up and running. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with Howland Jones as my estate agents, they went over and above any expectation you can have! I had an extreme difficult house to sell where literally everything that could go wrong went wrong and they guided me through every step on the way, staying positive and really making a difference. My case was handled by Rebecca who held everything together, communicating with buyers, lawyers, plumbers, drainers, water provider, council,... etc. until we finally got it over the line! I can't recommend and thank her enough!

From initial contact over an advertised rental property the service provided by all at Howland Jones has been exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to Helen in lettings as a true professional and a credit to the Company, thorough, polite, efficient and employees like her is how a company becomes a success. Also Katey in sales needs a mention as another who's tenacity assisted greatly in my purchase. I cannot recommend this company enough having been through twice as both a Tennant and a purchaser. Purchased a property through Howland Jones and the service was fantastic. Rebecca was, in the particular process I was involved, the only helpful intermediary. If I did not have someone as responsive, understanding and professional at the end of the phone, the process would have been considerably more stressful.Rebecca is an articulate professional in her field and a credit to the company.I cannot recommend Howland Jones, and Rebecca enough and I would happily work with them again to secure other property.

Absolutely brilliant estate agents!I personally dealt with Rebecca McDonald and she was amazing.Took all of the stress out of moving. Rebecca dealt with everything from valuing our house all the way through to completion and anything in between.There was great communication between the estate agents and fishers (the solicitors they recommend), we never had to chase anything up and it wasn’t a straightforward chain.Cannot recommend highly enough!
