Both my Son & Daughter have learnt to swim with Steve and Trish, they are the perfect balance for very new starters and between them bring a wealth of knowledge for getting even the trickiest non swimmers in to the pool. My children are both strong but happy swimmers and given the chance would stay on in to the next lesson as well.

My little boy has been having lessons with Swimtastic for a few months now. He is a sensitive little boy and both Steve and Trisha have gone above and beyond in settling him in. They have a fantastic rapport with each child and know exactly where each one is up to and what they need to work on.It is so impressive watching 3/4 year olds swimming with 1 armband or independently!The swim school has got a fantastic reputation and rightly so.

Although we had an unfortunate start, Steve really turned it around. We thought we wouldn't be able to attend the lessons when the day had to be changed, but Steve found a way. My daughter loves it! She's never been so excited to go swimming. Steve is great with the kids and teaches them individually, so each child can progress at their own pace. Communication could be improved, but I'm hoping we won't have any more issues moving forward. He's especially great with children who are nervous about swimming.

Me and my partner have two children that go swimming with Steve and Trisha and both my kids are very shy.Maizie who now 5 took to Trisha straight away and Mark who 3 took to Steve straight away these 2 are fantastic my kids adore both of them now as a father it's great to see them learning and enjoying the swimming lessons.Both Steve and Trisha have helped to build confidence in both my kids and when Melodie is bigger she too will be going.

Steve at Swimtastic is a wonderful swimming instructor. He has an excellent approach to children, especially those who are nervous - not too nice, although not too strict either. Both of my daughters started swimming at 3 years old; Steve has taken them from nervous non-swimmers (who wouldn’t even jump into the pool) to silver and gold badge holding, confident swimmers. They have never been left to feel inadequate of their abilities, have never been pushed too hard and love attending swimming lessons. I can’t recommend Steve as an instructor highly enough. Throughout the 10 years my daughters have been attending Swimtastic I have always found Steve to be approachable and accommodating.

Both my boys LOVE their swimming lessons with Steve and Trisha! They both started 18 months ago very timid and anxious of the water when me or their dad wasn’t with them and both Steve and Trisha managed to make them feel at ease and both have come on leaps and bounds since they started! Not only can they both swim independently at 4&5 they have both been taught about water safety and what to do should they get into trouble and fall into water!! I couldn’t imagine sending them anywhere else and they both absolutely love their swimming days! My daughter will be starting as soon as she is able too as well!

My 4 year old has been swimming with Steve & Trisha for the past year and loves every lesson. He was very unsure in the water & hated getting his face wet! With constant reassurance and trust in them both he now jumps in happily and is so much more confident in the water. Fantastic swim school for children of all abilities,highly recommend.

Couldn't recommend Steve and his daughter enough. My twins started lessons with them and from crying getting into the pool the first lesson to a few months down the line, swimming, floating on their backs, loving their lessons and having so much confidence in the water. Highly recommended Swimtastic. Best money spent on a life skill my children need and love so much. Small classes and constantly learning within the lesson. My children feel so relaxed with Steve and totally trust him. Amazing 5*

Our little girl has been attending Swimtastic for a few months now and Steve, as well as Trish have enabled her confidence in the water to soar. Their knowledge of each child in the different lessons is impressive and we look forward to attending each week.
