Mike was a great mortgage advisor. Especially sorting us a mortgage during the stressful changing interests rates. He consistently informed us about the best available rate which was changing daily and he did his upmost to secure us the best deal available. He was available to answer any queries we had and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Fantastic job!

Mike was amazing! As first time buyers he guided us through the whole process, answered all our questions, and sorted out our mortgage in principle. He then supported us through an accepted offer that was then retracted. With the ever changing interest rates he would keep us up-to-date and give a range of monthly payments for a spread of house prices. When we were wanting to put another offer in he quickly generated a new mortgage in principle. All throughout checking in with us on our progress. Recommended by a friend and we would recommend him to everyone!

Excellent service from Mike! We were staying with parents after selling our house and having no joy finding one to buy, so when one finally came up Mike worked as quickly as possible to get the mortgage offer applied for knowing that we wanted things to move as fast as they could. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services and helped us choose the right one for us. Communication was also brilliant, always fast responses to any queries we had. Mike has been great with our purchase.The process was extremely excruciating due to lenders withdrawing their rates and some offers falling through due to the market at the time, but both Mike and Shirley were fantastic with speaking to the lender on our behalf to keep the rate while our purchase completed.They keep you informed and up to date through out the process, especially useful for anyone who is a first time buyer and new to the conveyancing process.Thank you both for being great! Appreciate all your help and effort throughout.
