Pia and The Vanilla Pod team were amazing from start to finish. The communication from the team was brilliant and always friendly yet professional. The extra little touches of cards and presents was so lovely and made us feel really special in the lead up to our big day. The cake itself was delicious!! We had so many compliments throughout the night - it was light and fluffy, and the flavours came through beautifully. And of course, it looked stunning. An absolutely gorgeous centrepiece. I have, perhaps harshly, given 4 stars because we had wanted a more rustic look and this was just too perfect! But I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pia and her team as the end product was magnificent!

The team at Vanilla Pod Bakery were great. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our wedding cake looked fab and just as we had envisaged. We had three tiers - espresso martini, lemon curd drizzle and chocolate & hazelnut. It tasted amazing and we have received so many compliments from our guests. Thanks so much!

Lovely Pia, Jo and the whole team at Vanilla Pod Bakery are the absolute dream wedding cake company :).Thank you so so much for not only creating the most beautiful, tastiest cake we have ever had but for being so caring and just a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Every email & zoom call was full of so much warm and excitement. You really are the full package and we are so happy to have found you.Honestly, we were completely blown away by with how tasty our cake was - we are going to be forever obsessed with your Apple & Cinnamon flavour - I think we may have to order some every anniversary :).Thank you to the whole team, you really do deserve ever success and more xx

Where to begin with this review. From our initial contact, how personable and friendly the team at Vanilla Pod are really won us over.We then ordered a tasting box and wow what a tough decision! All 8 flavours we ordered were incredible, narrowing them down to 3 for our cake was challenge.Then for the main event. Pia took my inspiration and delivered the cake of my dreams on our wedding day. Seriously have you ever seen a cake like it!We ended up going for Carrot, Orange & Walnut then Lemon Sponge with Raspberry topped with a tier of Salted Caramel. If you can believe it, it tasted even better than it looked.Then back home in our happy wedding bubble we received a card from the team with our cake on the front!Thank you so much for everything!

I rang up the vanilla pod bakery in the morning desperately looking for a cake to be delivered to my niece who is at boarding school in Cheltenham that same day. I was greeted with such friendliness and she agreed to bake 3 dozen cupcakes at such short notice and they were so beautifully decorated.My niece and her friends said they were so pretty and extremely delicious.I will recommend them 100%. Their service was fantastic.

These cakes are amazing. They were freshly baked - just a few hours before we collected. They looked just exactly like the pictures on the website. AND best of all they were absolutely delicious - our guests commented these are the best cupcakes ever". What an amazing company to deal with

I called Vanilla Pod Bakery to see if they had anything and they offered me some bloodies that are out of this world. Absolutely amazing service! I am so so grateful! I cannot put into words how outstanding the service was from Vanilla Pod Bakery. From approaching them with an initial idea, Pia was so warm and enthusiastic and her creativity along with her team helped to visualise my amazing wedding cupcake display. Not only did all the cakes look stunning, they all tasted amazing - everyone thought it was a total show stopper! From start to finish everyone at Vanilla Pod Bakery was friendly, kind and supportive and were a pleasure to deal with at every point of the organising. It's so refreshing to find such passion in a business - led by Pia - and people who want to create an easy, smooth and enjoyable experience for their customers. Cannot recommend them enough!

We set the team at Vanilla Pod quite the challenge for our anniversary and they certainly stepped up and took it on. An incredible cake creation not just from the outside, but also on the inside with a perfect vanilla sponge.We wish you had been there to hear all the compliments for this amazing cake. 56 hours of hard work didn't go to waste!Pia and her team are brilliant, made the specification process simple and left no stone unturned when working with us to ensure she met (and indeed exceeded) our expectations.The only challenge we faced was finding enough people to share it with, but we didn't have to look hard for willing tasters!We can't recommend them highly enough.
