The instructor is always friendly, as are the other people that attend the zumba class. The times are reasonable too and so is the price. I always feel like exercise is fun when I go.

My daughter and I have just started the classes, relaxed no pressure go at your own pace well I do as I’m old lol. Great people great dances and totally fun would highly recommend get out of the rut and back doing something that makes you feel good again xx

Michelle is very friendly and welcoming to her Zumba classes, it’s hard to find an instructor who puts you at ease and that exactly what she does! It doesn’t matter if your not great at dancing or have two left feet as long as your moving that’s all the counts, good value for money and great dances with the added extra of being COVID secure following guidance and enough space for it not be to over crowded. Would highly recommend.

Love this class,Michelle is full of energy and puts you at ease straight away,all done at your own pace too.Really enjoy the chance up with the bands and ball.Really happy i found this friendly class.Would recommend fit for all ages to.

I have totally enjoyed the Aerobics and Zumba classes with Michelle. She makes it fun and no pressure to go above your own limits. The Zumba classes especially have inspired me to want to get moving and even though I am sometimes doing totally different moves from everyone else, I don't feel the slightest bit embarrassed. Looking forward to the next class!
