We had such a great day and culinary experience making sushi and tasting Japanese tea. Really enjoyed it. Highly recommend if you want to explore real authentic Japanese cuisine.

Hiroko is an amazing and patient teacher we did the tofu making class and I cant wait to practice! We made so many dishes with the tofu we made it was wonderful!

My sister and I had a private class, where we cooked four dishes then ate them for lunch. Firstly, Hiroko was an excellent teacher and provided recipe sheets for all we made to take home with us. Secondly, she is also an excellent cook and the food she taught us to prepare was amazing. There are so many dishes to choose for your lesson too. Overall, an awesome day and it was lovely to spend it with Hiroko and my sister.

Previously ordered from here for a birthday and it was delivered by a lovely lady. The food was absolutely delicious and my family enjoyed despite not previously ever trying Japanese cuisine before. Especially liked the teriyaki and omelette dishes. I look forward to ordering again, highly recommend supporting this business!

My partner and I had a very enjoyable afternoon learning Japanese cooking earlier this year. Hiroko was friendly and made us comfortable, explaining things well and teaching us many tips and techniques. The food we made was delicious and it was nice to sit down together and eat at the end. We were given copies of the recipes we had made which have been very useful since. I would highly recommend Hiroko's classes. Thankyou Hiroko!

My partner and I did a cooking class with Hiroko and it was truly wonderful! From start to finish, you’re engaged, feel welcome and learn new things.Hiroko is a great teacher, very patient and clearly very talented in her field. The selection of dishes is extensive and Hiroko catered to me being vegetarian - even with fresh veggies from her garden!This is a great way to spend a couple of hours. I highly recommend this class for yourself or buy it as a gift for a friend!!
