This place is a total rip-off. Had food from them delivered and every bowl was wrong, with incorrect and missing items in each bowl. The rice was crunchy and raw - totally inedible. The bowls were unseasoned and bland, except for one which came with so much sauce it formed a pool at the bottom.Furthermore, the 'large bowls', almost £15 per bowl, are absolutely tiny. They give the most measly scattering of fish. Island Poke is nearby, far more generous in portion size, and cheaper. They also don't serve you raw rice.Do your taste buds and wallet a favour, and stay far away from Poke House!

Rice was undercooked, sauce did not add any flavour and avocado was dark grey.Salmon, tuna, avocado and mango (basically all the things I wanted) are all charged extra. Overpriced for the quality it offers.

I ordered breakfast and couldn’t be more disappointed. Smoothie was only half way filled. Açai bowl was clearly pre-made and frozen and does not look like the photo at all (way smaller). Avocado toasts had hardly any avocado on top, avocado was brown, bread was low quality. Photos on the menu look nothing like the actual food.I’d give 1 star but the regular bowls are good hence another star.

Best poke in London, I simply love having my lunch break over there. What the perfection looks like, in the picture: small bowl with sushi rice, mango, juicy salmon, fresh avocado, feta cheese, crispy onion, seaweed cashew, sesame seeds, teriyaki dressing and sesame shoyu. Also, staff very kind, well done guys!

My favorite branch of Poke House by far, always have a great selection of fresh ingredients, and both the interior and exterior are always pristine. The same cannot be said about quite few of their other branches.

William just served me and was so brilliant & friendly during my ordering! He explained everything and really made my evening! I will see you for my lunch next week when I pop in again. Thank you, William!

Edit - be careful not to get the last batch of udon noodles as they can be so oily. Really ruins the meal, this dropped them from 4 to thee stars.Delicious but not cheap! £10 a bowl. But i still keep coming back as there aren’t many takeaways that healthy or speedy. All the ingredients are fresh and there is rarely a line for orders. You can also order over Deliveroo!

I chose the kale base... It's not a good option I am sad to say. Kavlo Nero is used it is raw and very tough and bitter to eat. There was barely room for any toppings as the kale was so fluffy so the salad was very small and not good value for money. There are many places around that does amazing salads but this is not one of them.Sticking to wholefoods on a Sunday from now on

The customer service is so poor and the quality of the food I so bad. The Chicken bowl was disgusting. The chicken inside had a dry and overall It didn’t taste fresh.I recommend you to check your workers. It’s unacceptable behaviour to customers. Giving all those bad and judging looks.£27 for nothing!

Over the year the quantity of each ingredient is less, the main component being the fish is almost not there, but the price has shot up. When querying this the standard response is: that would be £1 more. Customer satisfaction is lacking.
