i have worked here for over 2 years and found it a fantastic environment to develop my knowledge and skillset in the health and social care sector, a great variation of supported people paired with well skilled and experienced support workers. pay per hour is way above industry standard. one the greatest things about this company is how they work to your availability and prepare shifts monthly based around your availability this allows a great work/life balance.
