I’ve recently taken the MOD 7 course, and I was Disappointed with the contractor who was brought in to teach us the subject, He him self was a lovely guy and genuinely wanted to do right by us, but unfortunately failed to deliver the course in a way that I have previously experienced with this company, a lot of time (holiday leave) was taken as well as the cost to do the course and travelling expenses, leaves me feeling really dissatisfied.I have had the results of the exam and as expected it is the worst result I have had in any course I’ve done with resource group, I feel this comes down to my previous point about the contractor brought in to teach us the subject wasn’t up to the high stands of teaching that is usually expected.

I always find the staff I liaise with so helpful and the go the extra mile. The links for the training are sent to our staff on the same day. Good variety of training options.

Having just completed Module 5, whilst the instructor was good and explained a lot, the notes are actually appalling!!! Too much repetitiveness, very badly written and in some places, very confusing. In my opinion, a review of this modules notes is long overdue.

I was very impressed with the instructor.The way he managed to deliver the notes Online. One of the best courses I’ve been on and enjoyed it. Module 4 (B2) one of the hardest subject to teach in class room environment and is even harder to teach it online, but Nick Ramsey made look like a piece of cake.

Resource group managed to squeeze me on the course at the last minute although the course was full online. The communication was good and the course was extremely helpful. The tutors were knowledgeable and helped out as much as possible. I have used resource group twice and will use it again if required.

First course undertaken here, all-ready have a second course booked.Zoom was a pleasant experience, awaiting my first exams results. From visiting it was very obvious it is a very professional business.Joining instructions & all communication has been brilliant, the front desk always pick up.

Excellent course as always! Thoroughly recommend it! Most of the notes were clear and easy to understand (maybe the AC Motor section could do with some Organising). Nick’s a great teacher, the practical demonstrations really helped understand the subject.

I studied modules three, four and ten earlier this year and had mixed outcomes from each. I have to say M3 and M10 were fantastic, the instructors knew the subjects and had a wealth of knowledge they could use to help with any questions you had. M4 on the other hand was a disaster. The instructor taught from home and frequently had internet issue and would often drop out. The icing on the cake was when he recommended recreational drugs in order to stay up to revise- very professional! It left me with a sore taste and hesitant to book more courses if I'm honest.

Mod 5 Course well presented considering over zoom. Massively assisted by a weekend in between. Pat had vast knowledge of the course. Book is read out over zoom as opposed to powerpoint presentation, no practice questions are used either. Books delivered on request.Book seems cut and pasted, many many errors and I don’t feel i’d be able to pass the exam without tuition. Mod 5 has a lot of type specific sections which we all struggled to understand and consequently flagged with training manager, awaiting response.Felt ready for the exam until we started it. 75% of questions were fair. However some were ambiguous and confusing. In summary number of errors in the book and only found at the expense of us paying for the course and left wondering whether these questions were from the old notes. Now awaiting results.
