I received thorough and clear advice from Dr Mozid delivered in a friendly and understanding manner. He explained the issues in detail and provided a context which enabled me to understand the situation. At the end of the process I felt properly informed and reassured.

From the first meeting with Dr Abdul Mozid everting was very professional and I felt safe. In hospital all the staff were reassuring at this vulnerable time. Because of the correct diagnosis and procedure I am a lot better and building up my strength.

I went back to the Nuffield because the NHS waiting list was unacceptable and my previous experience there had given me the confidence to return.
