I have been training for nearly 4 years now and I have got better at wrestling because the facilities ftgu has and has the best coach you can get in the UK and its worth the time

A really supportive and fun environment to learn, wether you’re just starting or have been wrestling for years. Coaches are great - really patient and genuinely keen to make sure everyone gets the most out of every session.

An incredible place to learn for people of all ages. The variety of expertise from the coaches allows you to explore wrestling at your pace with the perfect level of encouragement. It provides a great atmosphere with no ego or intimidation.From a personal perspective, I joined in 2019 just before my 30th birthday. Conscious about age I was unsure about how far or well I would do I decided to go for it anyway. Now I know that is nonsense but I couldn't have done it without the encouragement and delivery of knowledge and expertise that now allows me to live out my dream of being a professional wrestler.This is not to mention the positives it has given me outside of wrestling with massively improved confidence and a great bunch of friends made along the way.

THE PLACE to train in the Midlands if you want to become a pro wrestler. Hugely knowledgeable coaches and a relaxed atmosphere make sessions fun and enjoyable!

It’s a great facility to learn how to be a pro wrestler. Gareth is a man who knows what he’s talking about and genuinely wants the best out of each student. I’ve been training at this school for nearly 6 years and have never once felt uncomfortable there. The environment is safe and pleasing to be in with a good atmosphere all around. No where better in England to learn how to truly wrestle

Excellent place to learn how to wrestle. In the past year since I've started training my stamina and physical strength have improved massively and helped me come more out of my shell.

My son started training with FTGU and loves it. everyone has made him feel so welcome. He can't keep away from the place. Gareth is amazing at what he does so from a proud dad thanks for everything gareth and the ftgu group.
