HEARING WELL

I had experienced a blocked ear for a month and had used two different types of drops, without success. After reading the great reviews, I booked an appointment and the problem was treated. The audiologist was very gentle and kind. As it was the first time that I had needed treatment, she took time to explain what she was doing throughout the process. I would recommend Hearing Well without hesitation.

Deepak was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable during my ear wax removal appointment. He explained the process clearly and made sure my ears were all clear and healthy after my appointment. It’s a few months since I first visited Deepak Jagota at Hearing Well in Chiswick. I have deliberately waited before writing this review to ensure that my initial extremely favourable impression was maintained. It undoubtedly has been. Deepak is incredibly knowledgeable, but communicates his knowledge with real skill. He is passionate about his work and I warmed to him personally at my first consultation. I had an amazing experience there this week. For years I've had hearing difficulties. I've been 3 times to other hearing places with no results. Deepak was truly amazing with his approach. Very calm and friendly, explaining in simple terms. He administered a pain free process which withdrew a large amount of ear wax and then ran a number of tests explaining clearly the results. There's a marked improvement in my hearing straight away, giving me back lots of confidence in noisy places etc. I can't recommend him and his team enough. If you're concerned about your hearing, please go and see them. You won't regret it. Phil

Deepak kindly saw my husband at very short notice to effect a minor repair to his hearing aid having given us a very professional service throughout the process of selecting the right hearing aid and fitting etc. He was extremely efficient and attentive and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dad had hearing problems for a few years, and every time he saw an audiologist he was left disappointed and put off about having aids. When I read the others positive experiences at Hearing Well; thought I’d give it a go. And I’m over the moon I did.The process from the start was exceptional. Anu is very friendly courteous and responsive. Managed to book us in a timely manner.We then met Deepak, the star of the show. Haven’t met anyone that so professional, passionate and takes pride in what he does. Took all the time to listen and note down what dad had to say. Then explained everything thoroughly about the hearing test, and got my dad to try hearing aids to see how they would benefit him so we can make an informed decision. Dad hearing has significantly improved with the aids, and we are both very appreciative to Deepak and Hearing Well.Thanks a million.

Deepak has great team. I was concerned about my hearing as I had tinnitus on and off in one ear . Got an appointment booked with Abid who was very patient to hear my concerns and addressed them. He explained everything about tinnitus and hearing loss.He cleared some wax and did a hearing test. It was a very satisfying experience and reduced the unnecessary stress I had. Thank you so much .

Excellent service, Deepak and staff are very helpful friendly and efficient, lovely relaxing reception with a lovely restful scene on the large tv, always an excellent service highly recommended
