Booking some time ago now.Women driver was the problem. Not the male. My wife complained that she was dropped off at wrong entrance of church. Mother in law apparently stated this and got a snobish comment back i think i know what im doing"Also unhelpful when wife left favours in the car. Couldnt get them returned stating they were busy and didnt have time.had to sort out picking up after honeymoon. A man told us he would be there so i could pickup but never showed when i went. Then i found he had just left them out in the rain the other side of his buildingjust generally unhelpful after taking our money. Seemed the most stressed people ive ever met. Must be a hard line of work"

I was best man at my mates wedding and he utilised Wedding Wheels. These guys are fantastic. Both me and the groom were picked were picked up on time in an immaculate american convertible. The driver was courteous and well presented, he even pulled over at a shop so i could dive in and get some gum. The brides vehicle although i dont know what sort it was was sensational and again the driver immaculate. These guys were clockwork and are happy to ensure every minor detail is catered for. Flowers. Ribbons. Bubbly etc. All in all a fantastic service with classic vehicles. If i ever take the plunge, i will definately hire them. Well done guys.

My daughter was extremely surprised with wedding car (beauford) that we hired from you on the 29/07/17. We were so pleased with the service, and car, and our chauffeur was very polite, efficient and funny. Me and my bridesmaids had the pleasure of being escorted to my wedding at Portland college by Mick at wedding wheels in the Daimler limousine landaulette. It was a first class service, the car arrived on time, the car was immaculate, driver was well presented, me and my husband went out in the car after we was marriage and had a lovely bottle of bubbly I recommend 100%Thank you wedding wheels.Stephanie & Matthew Jarvis

Wedding wheels provided a car for our wedding in Worksop last weekend and the service was fantastic. From booking, through to the day itself, they were so helpful and professional. On the day, the car and driver were exceptional and made the journey to the church and on to the reception really enjoyable, despite the pre-wedding nerves! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable wedding car hire.

Regrettably I am not happy with the service I received from Wedding Wheels. I was let down on my Wedding morning, due to one of the cars I had booked suffering a catastrophic break down. I understand that this must be devastating for a business owner, and of course I accepted the Booking Terms & Conditions as per the website that “In the unlikely event of a vehicle breaking down or cancellation of this contract by Wedding Wheels Ltd, liability shall be limited to a full refund of monies paid.”However, liability is very different to courtesy, and where I had other suppliers going far above & beyond their contracted services to offer support (e.g., my photographer very kindly offering to transport my family as soon as he heard we were stranded!), I had no such customer service from Wedding Wheels. I was quite taken aback by Mick’s attitude on the day- very blasé and dismissive, and I do not feel that the apology at the time or since has been particularly genuine. I would recommend that Wedding Wheels forges some alliances with other events transport companies, so in these rare occasions you might be able to support each other and offer back-up. Even the offer of supporting with a taxi booking or an immediate refund would have consoled me, but I felt I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Not what any bride wants on her big day!Fortunately, the other car that I had booked did turn up, on time. However, I was so wound up that I did not particularly enjoy the ride and was made to feel quite nervous by the frequent stalling and dodgy gear-changes en-route to the Church. My Dad expressed to me afterwards that he felt uneasy by the strong petrol fumes that the car was emitting, and was relieved that we managed to complete the journey!Reflecting on the process afterwards, I possibly should have noticed some other red flags in the booking system. My original contact form through the website wasn’t responded to, when I did book I didn’t have a signed contract with T&Cs, when I spoke to Mick a few days before the Wedding the pick-up/drop off details hadn’t been noted correctly despite my emails confirming… etc. etc. Possibly just signs of a small business, but not particularly professional.In the end, the car that did turn up did look pretty in the background of the photos, and I received a refund for the money paid for the no-show car. Perhaps best considered as a prop for aesthetics, and not for genuine logistics.

I had the pleasure of being escorted to my brother's wedding at Southwell Minister by Wedding Wheels and I am pleased to say that the service was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. My mother, sister and I were very well looked after, with champagne provided upon entering the car, and Abba playing throughout the journey which kept us all in high spirits. The driver was polite, courteous and cheerful and couldn't do enough for us to ensure that the morning was as enjoyable and sentimental as we had dreamed off. Thank you to Wedding Wheels for the most excellent service, you will be highly recommended to friends and family in future.
