Had a puncture in my tyre last min on a Friday. Went to a lot of place's around Newark and PW said they will have a look at it. Turned out there were two nails so it couldn’t be fixed and needed a new tyre. The staff went above and beyond to help me out and literally called everywhere to find a tyre for me. I can’t believe how genuinely nice they are. I will definitely be taking my car back and I have insisted my partner takes his car here as it is the only garage I have found who care. Lovely family run business. Thank you so much.

Absolutely brilliant, emergency repair, got me in even when they were busy as I had to be down in London for a surgery the same day. Saved me from having to cancel my surgery. Would recommend to anyone. Absolutely lovely people, will be back again when needed :)

Ordered a set of 4x4 tyres through Aiden, he promptly answered all my questions via email, gave me brilliant help and advice, and managed to get me the tyres I wanted at a very good price, which were quickly ordered and fitted within a few days. All the team made us feel very welcome and looked after us while we waited with very nice cup of tea.Great service and highly recommended, thanks again.

Absolutely outstanding service. I have lived in Newark for 25 years, and have used many different garages in that time without ever finding one I was particularly happy to go back to. However, after the clear care and brilliant customer service I received at PW Auto Repairs, that has changed. A local family business I'm happy to have found!

My daughter was on her way home to visit family when an issue appeared on her car causing her alarm. I contact PW Auto Repairs who were nearby to see if they could help. They were incredibly helpful and supportive to her where, at short notice, immediately sought to find the issue where they managed to repair it there and then, allowing her to continue her journey. I cannot thank them enough and I highly recommend!

Took my car in as my brake pad wear limit warning came on. Service was brilliant and they called after a couple of hours to advise the pads were fine and it was an issue with the sensor. They changed the sensor, which was significantly cheaper and it's been spot on ever since.
