Having recently had TURP at Cheltenham Nuffield Hospital, I can say without hesitation that my experience was excellent. From arrival to discharge the whole team were outstanding in every way.I read on many forums that the experience of TURP was not a good one. Therefore my perception was I would experience difficulties and pain. This was not the case, I only experienced mild discomfort and discharged the next day. The operation for me is a total success. This I put down to the skill of the surgeon and his team who supported me during this time. I cannot thank or recommend the Cheltenham Nuffield Team enough.

I found the team who did my operation to be very professional. They worked very well together and put me at ease. The operation was carried out well with no problems unlike the previous same operation I had 8 years agoHad the first operation been as smooth as this one , I might have sought advice earlier.Anthony Stephenson
