I cannot recommend Simply Flowers highly enough. Lynne was wonderful when I needed flowers for my daughter's funeral. We wanted a very individual floral tribute and Simply Flowers didn't let us down. I know Lynne went to a great deal of trouble to make sure everything was as we wanted. From the outset she really listened to what I was asking for, she researched on-line , she sent several sets of pictures of her ideas as they evolved, she even visited the funeral directors to ensure everything would fit in the hearse. Not only were the flowers perfect the standard of customer service was exceptional. Add to this the fact that Simply Flowers were also very competitively priced. Ordered some flowers for delivery this morning for a friend over the phone. They were delivered promptly about 3 hours later. My friend was delighted. Simple, efficient and competent; what more could one ask for.
