I can’t recommend this company enough! Mohamed was absolutely AMAZING at answering all my questions at the consultation. He was professional, prompt and was honest with the AC KW we needed for the space we had. The installation team Farhan and Imran were great, they got the job done were super clean and tidy and were so respectful of our family home. We had multizone AC system installed into our loft from CapCool. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went. They were very tidy and organized and did the whole job to high standard. They also helped to figure out the right solution for us. I can definitely recommend this company.

They are fully equipped with the latest tools to do job neatly without damaging your walls.Out of 5 quotations, Capcool was the most competitive with the highest quality of service.Customer care is in the centre of their heart, they respond straight away. If one person is unavailable then other team member will contact you within a short span of time.Good luck for your new air-conditioning and heating system.I'm enjoying mine. In such a freezing temperatures, air conditioning at heating mode was a real source of comfort and the cheapest. 27p per hour as per smart meter reading.

We had the team install AC into our loft conversion. There was a bit of a delay in the parts being delivered, but we were in no rush, as it was over winter, so not a problem for us at all. Overall I would recommend Capcool. The customer service was excellent and all emails were responded too quickly. A 5 star service.

Searched for AC installers , called several but only Mohammed from CapCool replied and showed up when he said he would . The installers ( Nadeem & Imran) arrived on time done the job as pro's . Overall pleased with everything now lets watch the after sales service . Only complaint I have is capcool dont accept credit card payments but everything else is 5*.

The team at Capcool we’re brilliant. I needed split a/c units in two of my bedrooms, and the loft bedroom had limitations in terms of placement. The team recommended a modern unit which would mount on the wall under the skylight opening and didn’t require any visible ducts in the room. The other businesses that provided quotes said the only way to install in the loft bedroom was to run horrible looking conduits along the inside wall.Hats off to the Capcool team for listening to my needs and recommending the perfect fit. The loft unit took a while to get from Panasonic, but once it arrived the team called to arrange installation the next day. The installation team worked quickly and in just a few hours the units were fitted, they cleaned up and they left absolutely no trace they had even been there - apart from the blasts of cold air coming out of the a/c in the two bedrooms.Communication with the team was excellent and it was a breeze to sort initial and final payments and view my invoice via their safe, online platform.If the weather keeps up like this for too much longer, I will have to get them back to fit units for the ground floor.

The team get the job done! On-site survey booked within a week, then the installation took place the week after. Office staff super nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Installation engineers are very professional and knowledgeable. The whole installation took only 3 hours and no mess was left in my flat! The job is beautifully done both inside and outside. Now I can’t wait for the summer! If you live in a new flat building and want to have cool summer, this is the company to go to. I have been turned down by so many other companies who “does not do new block flat”. Just make sure you have the proper permission before contacting them.

Faultless. Can't thank the team enough especially Erica. From the moment I reached out, she took the time and energy to listen to my questions, comments and concerns and if she didn't know the answer she got an engineer to call me back and THEY ACTUALLY DID. Then to top it off, Erica follow up with me via email to ensure I was satisfied with the answer. Having reached out to numerous suppliers (7/8 total) the service I received from Erica was 2nd to none. The engineers that came on sight were very professional and clean and now I have a perfectly working Aircon unit with little to no clean up and all done to the high standard expected. Would recommend 100% of the time. Given my outreach to 7/8 different suppliers I can say without doubt they are extremely competively priced but how they managed me as a client makes them great Value for money.
